Shipping costs are included in the artwork price. So there is no additional cost to you. We take great care in ensuring safe, efficient, and protected delivery of your purchased artwork.
To that end we partner with "Theprintspace" a professional Art and Photo Printing house in London for our fulfillments. To mainland Europe the Artworks are printed from their shop in Germany to facilitate and speedup transit.
Your artwork is printed on demand with 11 colour-perfect Giclée printer on Hahnemühle German Etching 310 GSM sustainable paper using the very latest technology. This heavyweight paper has a slightly warm base tone and a strong mottled texture.

It creates a print with strong colours and deep blacks that feel rich and high in contrast. Its texture enables the paper to hold more ink and capture the light. Your print will be carefully covered with tissue paper and bubble wrap, eliminating the danger of any scratches or folds. Your wrapped up artwork, together with the certificate of authenticity, is placed into a robust cardboard tube, Once sealed, your order is dispatched.
For the delivery we use express courier services to ensure your art print reaches you fast and undamaged. Average delivery times range from 3 to 12 days, depending upon your delivery location. Once your order is placed, The courier service will keep you informed on expected delivery data and order status.

Return & Refund
Damaged On Arrival
The robust cardboard tube should fully protect your print. However, if the tube is heavily damaged upon arrival, please inspect your art print. If it is damaged or the certificate of authenticity is missing, contact us directly and no later than 14 days after product arrival. In case of damage, we request you to provide photo proof of this. Attached the photos to your email. We will check your shipment with the courier and printer. If it is reasonable to believe that the damage is done during shipping, we will re-send the same art print. We will notify you of this within 14 days of receiving your "damaged on arrival" email notification. In no circumstances Grafictomy-MLH will replace the damaged art print by another artwork.
You changed your Mind
In the unlikely event you want to return the purchased artwork, as per UK & EU law you have the right to return the purchased good 14 days upon product arrival. A request for return must be made within 14 days of the product arrival date to Grafictomy-MLH via email at info@grafictomy.com. Grafictomy-MLH will inform you about where to ship the unwanted item. The art print will need to be sent in its undamaged original tube within 14 days upon Grafictomy-MLH's approval of the return. An art print sent back to us without first requesting a return can not be processed.
However, for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, therefore, Grafictomy-MLH reserves the rights to refuse or grant a return at its sole discretion.
If the return is accepted , the art print must be returned in its original packaging and must be free of any damage. The product must be returned with its certificate of authenticity. The shipping costs are for the customer. We strongly recommended you get proof of postage when returning your art print. No actions will be taken by Grafictomy-MLH without receipt of the undamaged artwork and its certificate of authenticity.
When the returned art print has been received, Grafictomy-MLH will send you a confirmation email notifying you about the status of the refund. The refund will be limited to the cost of the returned art print(s) as charged to you by Grafictomy-MLH and will be processed, and refund in full to your credit card or original payment method shortly after.
Taxes Outside EU & UK
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Only outside EU.
